Since that time we have built business relationships that have also turned into friendships. Our company has expanded tremendously. To us its enjoyment. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

What is expected when a driver arrives?

All documents affiliated with freight should be on hand. Freight should also be ready to be loaded once driver arrives. 


How do I ship large or over sized items?

What is the procedure for shipping freight?

Contact office with date, location, weight and contents of freight (General Contents Only, Not Exact If Privacy Preferred) needing to be shipped. 


Do you have a Quality Control Program?

Yes we do. Quarterly we bring in an outside consultant to evaluate and make any recommendations that could improve all aspects of our customer service and freight movement experience. 


Are shipping transport times guaranteed?

Yes, all times are guaranteed.


What if my shipment is not ready?

If shipment isn't going to be ready for pick up in time, please notify our office. Our drivers are allotted an hour of wait time once at pick up location
